Billing & refunds
Is the $22 charged per defendant or per case?
Per defendant. The $22 fee applies to each person you ask us to verify, so a case with two defendants is $44, three is $66, and so on. You’ll see the running total before you pay.
What if you can’t locate the person or produce a certificate?
You pay nothing. If we can’t provide a certificate, your $22 is fully refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Isn’t the DoD report free?
Yes — if you already have the person’s SSN or date of birth, you can use the government system free at scra.dmdc.osd.mil. Our fee covers the investigative work to find that missing identifier when you don’t have it.
Do you offer volume pricing for law firms and process servers?
Yes. If you regularly need batch or bulk SCRA verifications across multiple cases, call or text (918) 836-8683 or email [email protected] and we’ll set up a volume arrangement.
